To secure and strengthen this position, Dometic Group has implemented a new strategy and a new organizational structure with clear mandates and responsibilities. It came into effect on February 1, 2013.
The new Group structure could be summarized as:
- Sales divided in three regions with P&L responsibility and strengthen focus on customer segments.
- Leisure Tech split in Product Innovation and Operations to increase product focus and operational efficiency.
- Medical Systems remains as an independent business unit within the Group.
- Smaller Group management with clear roles and responsibilities.
